Laurie O'Connor

Laurie has been in the swimming pool industry in various roles for decades. She brings communication, organizational and business skills to Reflection Pools. Laurie takes great pride in the relationships she has developed over time with those she works with.

Randy Floyd

Randy has over 40 years of swimming pool design and sales experience. He especially enjoys getting his hands dirty in his role as construction superintendent, seeing his projects through from conception to completion. Randy is not afraid of difficult sites and is well-known throughout the local industry as a design visionary. He strives to give his clients a finished product that reflects both their lifestyle and their budget.

Martin Hernandez

Martin has spent his career as a swimming pool plumber, but there is no aspect of the construction process he is not knowledgeable about. He is well-regarded in the industry for his professional skill and affable personality. We feel very fortunate at Reflection Pools to have Martin as a member of our team.

We have built hundreds of swimming pools together over the last twenty years, most either direct referrals from previous clients or repeat customers. With a move to a new house, on what we considered an impossible lot, we went 9 years doing absolutely nothing with the steep slope in our yard. Laurie and Randy were recommended to me by multiple people. I found them extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of pool construction and they are both very good communicators. They were able to build my swimming pool in an extremely difficult area due to sloping and setbacks.
